and Cancellation Policy

Booking Terms, Payment and Cancellation Policy

1. Payment Terms & Booking Confirmation

  • Deposit: A 50% deposit of the total amount (or full payment) is required to secure your booking and date. The date remains available to other clients until the deposit is confirmed.
  • Final Balance: The remaining 50% balance must be settled immediately upon completion of the photoshoot and strictly prior to the delivery of any photographic material.
  • Travel Expenses: The service price does not include the client’s transportation to and from the agreed photoshoot location. If the client requires transportation services provided by us, this can be arranged upon request for an additional fee.

2. Copyright & Image Usage

  • Ownership: The business retains 100% of the copyright for all images produced.
  • Client Usage: Images are provided for personal use only. Commercial use of the photographs by the client or any third party is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
  • File Format: We deliver only edited images in JPEG format. The business does not, under any circumstances, provide original/unprocessed (RAW) files.

3. Cancellation by the Client
No refund is permitted for any cancellation by the client, from the date of booking up to and including the day of the photoshoot, except in cases of force majeure. Alternatively, a date change may be arranged if feasible on our part.

4. Cancellation by the Service Provider
If the photoshoot is cancelled by the provider due to force majeure or other serious reasons, the client is entitled to:

  • A full refund of the deposit or money paid, or
  • Rescheduling of the service to a new date upon mutual agreement.

5. Delivery & File Retention

  • Once the photoshoot is completed and the material (digital/printed) is delivered, no refunds will be issued as this is a personalized service.
  • Archive Policy: The business archives the photographic material for 12 months for standard sessions and 2 years for weddings or baptisms. After this period, the business is no longer responsible for file availability.

6. Technical Issues & Exceptions

  • In case of a proven technical problem, the client must notify us within 10 days of delivery.
  • No refunds are issued for dissatisfaction based on subjective aesthetic criteria, provided the service matched our agreed style and portfolio.

7. Force Majeure
Force majeure refers to unpredictable events (extreme weather, natural disasters, serious health issues, strikes, government restrictions, etc.). In such cases, both parties will attempt to reschedule or a full refund will be issued.
